How we do the work
Instead of only analyzing your problems, we combine four modalities to help your nervous system, your memories, and the many parts of you move toward integration.
Modality 01
We use eye movements or bilateral stimulation to safely process the old memories and childhood conditioning that left you feeling like you are “too much” or never enough — helping your brain finally file those painful experiences and create new, positive beliefs.
Modality 02
We get to know the different “parts” of your personality — like the loud inner critic, the overthinker, or the perfectionist — so we can understand how they are trying to protect you and bring them into harmony.
Modality 03
Instead of just analyzing your anxiety intellectually, we use present-moment mindfulness to track how stress lives in your physical body — allowing your nervous system to safely release stored tension.
Modality 04
A deeply creative, non-verbal space where you use miniature figures in a tray of sand to build a physical picture of your inner world — allowing us to see and process things that words can’t quite reach.
